Triple Crown ARSC has a comprehensive constitution and a set of rules that enssures the club has well defined procedures and standards which enables the club to conduct its business lawfully and with due consideration for its members. In turn, the members know what is required of them and what their role and rights are within the club environment.
The safeguarding environment
GBSA recognises that the welfare of all children, young people and adults at risk, is paramount and that all have equal rights of protection.
GBSA acknowledges that safeguarding is everybody’s responsibility. This includes, but is not exclusive to:
officials, coaches, volunteers, parents, guardians, carers, family members and athletes.
The Triple Crown ARSC works with children and families as part of its coaching programme in artistic roller skating and is committed to providing a safe and friendly envcironment.
This policy applies to anyone working on behalf of Triple Crown ARSC, including coaches, club volunteers, appointed committee members, and paid specialist coaches.
Equallty, Inclusion and Diversity
Triple Crown ARSC embraces diversity and difference and is committed to providing opportunities that are safe, inclusive, accessible, and equitable. We want our club to be equally accessible to all members of society, whatever their age, disability, gender, race, ethnicity, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or social/economic status. We will develop a focus on inclusion, not exclusion, and ensure that we provide appropriate advice to members and volunteers to ensure that everyone can participate as fully as possible.
Our aim is to provide an environment where everyone feels:

- Safe and free from discrimination, bullying, harrassment and vilification
In accordance with GBS safeguarding policy we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the child (16 to 18) or the parent if the child is under 16.
GBSA is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment and an open, listening culture where people feel able to share concerns without fear of retribution
The purpose of this guidance is to set out the Triple Crown ARSC rules regarding social media. It applies to all individuals who are members of Triple Crown ARSC, parents of members or peoples engaged by or on behalf of Triple Crown ARSC
Codes of conduct and behaviour
The purpose of this code is to ensure professional conduct from all coaches involved with Triple Crown ARSC promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants of artistic roller skating.
Someone engaged in coaching may do so under the title of coach, instructor, teacher, or leader. Regardless of the badge they wear, this Code applies to all those who help others achieve their goals through sport and physical activity
Parent/Carer/Guardian Code of Conduct
Parents/carers/guardians have an important role to play in the involvement of their charges with sport. Whilst this involvement is recognised and highly appreciated, it is also important that the parent/carer/guardian conducts themselves in a manner which supports the commitment and effort of their charges and the Club.
Code of Conduct for Club Committee Member
Triple Crown ARSC recognises the huge contribution made by volunteers. The purpose of this Code is to maintain high standards of conduct, assist individuals in their voluntary role and to protect the best interests of our club. Conduct within the Club is driven by our club values
Committee members should hold their position primarily for their knowledge, skill set and experience and their ability to actively contribute to the running of Triple Crown ARSC.
Behaviour Code of Conduct for children and young people
This code of behaviour is there to make sure everyone who takes part in Triple Crown ARSC’s activities knows what is expected of them and feels safe, respected, and valued.
Triple Crown ARSC must make sure that everyone taking part in our activities has seen, understood, and agreed to follow the code of behaviour, and that they understand what will happen if there is inappropriate behaviour.
